About the role

The Assistant Director partners with global service lines and finance leaders to model performance, analyze trends, and advise senior leadership. Kochi, India, on-site role focusing on advanced analytics, automation and AI adoption in financial reporting.
What you’ll do
- Partner with global finance leaders to deliver strategic analytics and insights
- Develop and present financial models and forecasts to senior leadership
- Create executive presentations and commentary on business performance
- Analyze demand factors and project future performance
- Identify and recommend performance improvement actions
- Champion automation, AI and advanced analytics in reporting
- Coach team members on Trusted Business Advisor competencies
- Collaborate with global analytics and technology teams
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7-10 years relevant experience
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA)
