About the role

Risk Analytics - Telecom and Data Analytics team at EY drives data‑led transformation across billing, revenue assurance, fraud detection and operational efficiency for telecom clients. The Manager leads a team of analysts and automation engineers to design Power BI dashboards, develop complex SQL models and build Python automation frameworks that detect revenue leakages and improve process efficiency. Gurgaon office, on‑site work model, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead analytics initiatives across revenue assurance, billing, fraud and leakage detection
• Design and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards for executive reporting
• Develop complex SQL queries and data models for telecom datasets
• Build and maintain Python automation frameworks for ETL and anomaly detection
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and performance dashboards
• Mentor and train analysts on SQL, Power BI and Python
• Ensure data governance and reporting standards compliance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional IT, finance and operations teams
