Senior Process Engineer

About the role

Process Engineering team at Quest Global designs and optimizes industrial process systems. The Senior Process Engineer creates and reviews P&IDs, process flow diagrams, surge analysis models, and hydraulic calculations while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Bengaluru, India, on-site role focusing on pipeline and equipment design, with opportunities for technical leadership.

What you’ll do

• Review and verify project inputs and requirements
• Prepare and update process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and datasheets
• Conduct surge analysis modeling and over‑pressure protection calculations
• Perform hydraulic studies, line sizing, and valve sizing calculations
• Develop design documents, cause‑and‑effect charts, and control narratives
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design compliance

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years process engineering experience
• Proficiency with Aspen HYSYS and Synergi Pipeline Simulator
• AutoCAD and Navisworks competency
• Experience in surge analysis and over‑pressure protection design
• Knowledge of pipeline stress/strain analysis
• Ability to develop P&IDs and process datasheets
