About the role

Collins Aerospace Master Scheduling team drives accurate Master Production Schedules (MPS) to align production with SIOP objectives. The Senior Manager leads master schedulers, enforces data governance, resolves capacity constraints, and delivers reporting for leadership. Bengaluru, India, hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

What you’ll do

  • Lead master scheduling team to deliver accurate MPS
  • Own long-range MPS plan and align with financial commitments
  • Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, program management to resolve constraints
  • Establish data governance for MPS integrity and audit readiness
  • Drive continuous improvement of MPS processes across portfolios
  • Develop reporting and analysis on plan health and demand alignment
  • Conduct performance reviews and enforce policy compliance
  • Identify risks to MPS integrity and recommend mitigations

What you’ll bring

  • 15+ years production planning/scheduling
  • CPIM certification
  • 1-2 years team management
  • Proficiency with complex ERP systems
  • Bachelor's in Operations/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain
