About the role

Menlo Security’s Browser & Data Security team is on a mission to make the browser the most secure surface in the enterprise. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape next-generation experiences for products like HEAT Shield and AI Adaptive DLP, partnering with product and engineering to own end-to-end design journeys. This hybrid role is based in Bangalore, requiring regular in-person collaboration with the design, product, and engineering orgs.

What you’ll do

Design seamless Chromium-based end-user experiences and scalable management tooling
Own complex admin workflows including connection setup and configuration
Translate dense telemetry into actionable dashboards and investigation flows
Partner with product and engineering to create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
Champion stakeholder reviews and align senior leaders on product vision
Lead UX research studies and conduct product audits for best practices
Contribute to evolving the design system and ensuring design QA

What you’ll bring

4+ years of UX design experience
Portfolio focused on high-fidelity web products
Experience designing data-heavy, enterprise interfaces
Strong Figma foundations
Ability to design complex, accessible web dashboards
Working knowledge of modern web technologies

Nice to have

Fluency in advanced prototyping or AI-assisted design tooling
Experience designing for security, browser, or SaaS domains
