About the role

Infrastructure Transformation Practice at PwC focuses on improving governance, project controls, and digital enablement for large‑scale capital projects. The Manager leads PMO design, dashboard creation, and AI‑enabled analytics, coordinating with client PMOs and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Gurugram, hybrid with up to 50% travel per month.

What you’ll do

  • Design and manage governance structures, risk and issue logs, and executive status reports
  • Maintain project registers, reporting packs, and progress monitoring mechanisms
  • Track schedules, milestones, and performance across capital projects
  • Implement digital solutions including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI‑enabled analytics
  • Collaborate with client PMOs, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver updates and support day‑to‑day activities

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years experience in PMO, governance, and project controls
  • Hands‑on implementation in live capital project environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field
