About the role

The Shift Incharge - Domestic Logistics oversees logistics operations by managing NFA preparation, costing and analysis, transport management, and transporter invoice processing. This role ensures timely documentation, optimizes transport operations through vehicle tracking and auctioning, and maintains financial integrity through accurate invoice processing. Additionally, it involves generating vehicle movement reports to support decision-making and improve overall logistics performance.

What you’ll do

• Oversee timely NFA and service order preparation.
• Develop monthly costing sheets and reports.
• Manage transport auctioning and vehicle tracking.
• Process transporter invoices within 30 days and reconcile.
• Maintain daily vehicle movement records and generate reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in domestic logistics or distribution, with expertise in warehouse management and transportation coordination.
