Application Engineer

About the role

As an Application Engineer focused on conversational AI, I design, build, and refine GCP‑based chat interfaces that boost engagement and drive business results. I create and maintain reusable playbooks for tasks and routines, standardizing workflows and dialog flows across projects. I configure dynamic generators to deliver personalized responses tailored to user context. My role includes rigorous manual testing and flow optimization, ensuring accurate intent detection, entity extraction, and backend integration. I champion best practices in conversation design, NLP tuning, and performance monitoring. I also lead platform migrations—such as moving from Khoros to Dialogflow CX—ensuring seamless transitions and feature parity. Mentoring peers in CX design patterns and GCP tooling, I help elevate team expertise and deliver high‑quality conversational experiences.
