What you’ll do
- Interact with clients to meet complex solution requirements
- Escalate unresolved problems to relevant third parties
- Respond to escalated client requests
- Write reports, proposals, and maintain project documentation
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures
- Coach and mentor junior Implementation Engineers
- Coordinate activities of junior Engineers
- Contribute to higher complexity design work
- Take ownership of relevant technologies
- Perform any other related tasks as required

- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, etc.)
- Experience with source control systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of securing data and systems with authentication controls
- Understanding of event-driven development and asynchronous operations
- Experience with security monitoring and management tools

- Certifications in Azure, PCNSE, FCP, CCNP Security, CISSP, or similar
- Cloud security certifications (AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, etc.)
