Capital Markets Operations Sr Analyst

About the role

Accenture Capital Markets Operations team drives performance measurement, reporting and benchmarking for investment portfolios. The Sr Analyst leads a team of analysts, oversees NAV calculations, investor reporting and quality assurance while collaborating with investment, finance and compliance stakeholders. Bengaluru, hybrid work model with occasional return-to-office requirements.

What you’ll do

• Supervise quarterly track record production and performance calculations
• Manage NAV-based return calculations and monthly reporting deliverables
• Oversee benchmark, PME and peer‑ranking analyses
• Ensure timely investor requests, DDQs and custom reporting
• Review performance reports and conduct quality assurance checks
• Monitor compliance with performance methodologies and governance standards
• Lead analyst team, allocate workload and support employee development
• Partner with Investment, Investor Relations, Operations, Finance and Compliance stakeholders

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's or MBA in Finance or related field

Nice to have

• 5-8 years performance reporting or asset management experience
• Experience managing small to medium sized teams
• Proficiency with performance systems and data analytics tools
• Willingness to work EMEA shift timings and rotational shifts
• Ability to operate in hybrid or return-to-office model
