About the role

Quantiphi’s Data Engineering team builds modern cloud data platforms. The Associate Technical Architect leads end‑to‑end Oracle database migration to AWS, optimizing performance, ensuring zero‑downtime cutovers, and designing secure, highly available architectures. The role spans on‑prem Exadata, Oracle Data Integrator, and AWS services such as RDS, Aurora, DMS, Glue, and S3 data lakes, collaborating with application, infrastructure, and analytics teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead Oracle to AWS migration
• Ensure transaction continuity and CDC replication
• Tune performance and index strategies
• Design schema conversion and validation
• Implement secure, HA database architectures
• Build data pipelines with Glue/PySpark
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Validate and reconcile data post‑migration

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years DBA and migration experience
• Oracle Exadata expertise
• AWS DMS/SCT proficiency
• Oracle performance tuning
• SQL, Python/PySpark, shell scripting
