About the role
The MicroStrategy/Power BI Developer will design and maintain interactive dashboards, optimize data models, and administer BI platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure system performance, and drive BI initiatives forward in a remote work environment.

- Collaborate with business users for requirements
- Ensure visual consistency in data visualization
- Manage MicroStrategy environment and user access
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with IT teams for platform stability
- Provide analytical insights to business stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
What you’ll bring
- 6–8 years in BI development and administration
- Advanced MicroStrategy architecture and security management
- Strong Power BI, DAX, and data modeling skills
- Familiarity with SQL, ETL, and data warehousing
- Understanding of Supply Chain and Finance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong data visualization design sense
