About the role

Digital Transformation team at PwC Advisory helps banking clients optimize operations through end‑to‑end digital strategies and technology implementations. The Senior Associate leads medium to large digital transformation projects, conducts current‑state assessments, designs target operating models, and drives innovation across banking processes. Based in Mumbai, on‑site at the Shivaji Park office, with travel across India and abroad as project needs dictate.

What you’ll do

• Manage end‑to‑end digital transformation projects for banking clients
• Conduct current‑state IT architecture assessments and define target states
• Develop and align digital strategies with business vision
• Lead proposal development and new business opportunities
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities among client, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and project timelines

What you’ll bring

• BE/BTech or MBA degree
• 9-12 years experience
• Digital transformation experience in banking
• Project management of medium/large initiatives
• Strategy development for digital initiatives
• Stakeholder and client engagement
• Travel across India and abroad
