About the role
The IT Business Analyst - Senior in Pune, Maharashtra, India partners with business functions to define, analyze, document, and communicate objectives, business requirements, and priorities for information systems and solutions. Day-to-day, the role works with application and technical experts on solution design, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems. This is a full-time, on-site position.

- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud configuration
- CPQ / Revenue Cloud exposure
- Data modelling & object design
- Salesforce Flow & declarative automation
- Reports, dashboards & analytics
- Integration awareness (APIs, middleware)
