Vice President, Privileged Access Management

About the role

The Security Engineering team seeks a Vice President of Privileged Access Management to lead the evolution of the enterprise-wide PAM program in Bengaluru. This role drives the implementation of modern privileged access controls across infrastructure, cloud, and identity platforms while partnering with senior stakeholders on governance and risk monitoring. The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

What you’ll do

• Lead the evolution of the enterprise-wide PAM program.
• Drive implementation of modern privileged access controls across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and identity platforms.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to establish governance and define security standards.
• Monitor privileged access risks across the enterprise.
• Strengthen security posture through least privilege and Just-In-Time (JIT) access strategies.
• Implement phishing-resistant authentication and secrets management solutions.
• Oversee session monitoring and privileged identity governance.

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, Information Security, Technology Risk, or Security Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
