About the role

Business Services team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions delivers high‑quality software for risk assessment and fraud mitigation. The Senior Quality Test Engineer II designs and runs automated and performance tests, collaborates with product, engineering and operations to ensure releases meet quality standards, and drives continuous improvement of QA processes. Mumbai office, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute automated and performance testing to ensure timely, high‑quality software delivery
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA and operations teams to plan and coordinate testing activities
• Validate testing against requirements and quality standards, conduct reviews and enforce quality controls
• Report test results, investigate root causes and ensure corrective actions are applied
• Research and implement new testing tools and automation solutions to enhance capabilities
• Investigate and resolve performance issues with architects, developers and infrastructure teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for test planning, execution and metrics reporting
• Maintain documentation and audit‑ready records for testing processes

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years QA Test Engineering experience
• BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber BDD; Karate a plus
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman
• Experience with GitHub pipelines
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and process improvement
• Project management skills with budget awareness
• Excellent written and verbal communication
