The Lead Production Team Leader oversees frontline teams, implements Lean manufacturing, monitors key metrics, and leads cross‑functional improvement projects to ensure quality, safety, and cost targets. What you’ll do

Lead and manage frontline production teams to meet daily targets
Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and other functions to resolve issues
Monitor and report manufacturing metrics and customer complaints
Lead quality improvement and compliance activities
Manage operational costs and support profitability goals
Develop and execute workforce training and development plans
Support hiring, onboarding and succession planning

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production or related engineering
11+ years manufacturing or production experience
Proven leadership of frontline manufacturing teams
Hands‑on Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise
Experience driving quality improvement initiatives
Project leadership of cross‑functional operational improvements
Strong knowledge of production planning, safety and quality standards
Excellent people leadership and decision‑making skills
