About the role
Power Systems Consulting team at WSP delivers advanced electrical studies for utilities and developers, covering load flow, fault analysis, harmonic and transient simulations. The Senior Consultant leads technical delivery and project management of these studies, mentors the team, and drives client proposals and software tool enhancements. Based in Bengaluru, India, the role operates remotely with occasional coordination across Mumbai and Noida offices.

- Deliver power systems studies and analyses
- Provide technical and project management leadership
- Manage and resource the power systems team
- Ensure technical quality of reports and proposals
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Identify and develop new service offerings
- Lead development and delivery of project proposals
- Drive efficiency improvements and software tool excellence
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems specialization
- 5+ years power systems consulting experience
- Proven project delivery track record
- Strong client communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
