Responsibilities include streamlining HR operations, driving automation and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring compliance, and managing a high-performing team. The candidate will oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, and background verification, while providing reporting insights and continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, and a proven track record in HR operations and system optimization.

What you’ll bring

- 10+ years progressive HR experience
- Strong proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow, Excel
