About the role

Recruiting Operations team at Dolby Laboratories drives the design and improvement of recruiting workflows and systems. The Senior Recruiting Operations Analyst partners with Recruiting, Finance, HR, People Operations, People Systems, and IT to identify gaps, implement process enhancements, and develop reporting dashboards, ensuring scalable and efficient hiring at global scale. Bangalore office, on-site with flexible work options.

What you’ll do

• Identify workflow gaps and design process improvements across the recruiting lifecycle
• Partner with People Systems and IT to enable system‑driven workflows
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and operational metrics
• Support change management for new processes and tools
• Drive consistency and continuous improvement across recruiting operations

What you’ll bring

• 3-5+ years recruiting or HR operations experience
• Proven track record improving ATS and recruiting workflows
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate into system changes
• Experience partnering with finance, HR, and IT stakeholders
