What you’ll do

Identify and purchase raw materials, components, and equipment required for production
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain purchase records
Develop and manage vendor relationships, evaluate new suppliers, and conduct price/quality comparisons
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost reductions
Coordinate technical specifications with design and production teams
Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement to avoid shortages or excess stock
Track supplier delivery schedules to ensure on-time material delivery
Handle quality issues and ensure materials meet required standards

What you’ll bring

2-5 years experience in procurement or purchasing
experience with vendor management and cost negotiation
knowledge of engineering drawings and material specifications
ability to coordinate with design, production, and quality teams
