What you’ll do
- Assist in establishing annual IT departmental goals and objectives
- Support overall management of IT operations including hardware, software, applications, digital, and networking
- Assist in IT governance – contract management, vendor management, procurement, SLA management
- Help prepare IT Opex/Capex budget and cost control
- Support IT requirement analysis, planning, and execution for new project sites
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of IT systems to support business requirements
- Manage data centers, servers, networks, video conference and surveillance systems
- Monitor IT security compliance and use Power BI for risk mitigation
