QA Test Engineer, Tosca

About the role

Global Quality Assurance Centre of Excellence at Rockwell Automation builds and governs enterprise‑wide test automation. The QA Test Engineer – Tosca leads test strategy, automation framework development, and cross‑team quality initiatives, while providing training and governance. Hybrid role based in Pune, with additional locations in New Delhi (Noida) and Bengaluru, India – hybrid schedule (on‑site at least Mon, Tue, Thu).

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and test cases
• Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure test coverage and shift‑left practices
• Provide training, workshops, and governance for QA best practices
• Manage test environments, tools, and data configurations
• Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to architectural improvements

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years test automation experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Tosca AS1 and AS2 certifications
• Hands‑on with Tosca, Selenium or UFT
• Experience with Jira or qTest
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps
