About the role

What you’ll do
- Identify discovery and trust pathways for patients
- Design and run experiments to test acquisition channels
- Develop and optimize SEO/SEM strategies
- Create and iterate on brand content (visuals, copy, videos)
- Build community programs to keep users engaged
- Analyze performance metrics and double‑down on winners
- Collaborate with doctors and clinics to provide shareable assets
- Iterate playbook based on data and feedback
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years experience
- Hands‑on SEM and SEO execution
- Owned end‑to‑end growth at an early‑stage startup
- Strong brand sense combined with data‑driven decision making
- Creates content such as posters, pages, short videos
- Measures user actions like bookings or sign‑ups
- Bonus: experience with retention, community or lifecycle work
- Bonus: background in healthcare, fintech, insurance or similar trust‑focused domains
