What you’ll do

• Manage software developers and AI specialists delivering GenAI solutions
• Architect multi‑agent orchestration frameworks and model validation pipelines
• Design and implement robust AI systems in cloud‑native and on‑premises containers
• Establish automated testing, CI/CD, and responsible AI evaluation practices
• Define OKRs/KPIs for GenAI programs aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with global operations, cloud, and security teams for production‑ready AI deployments
• Promote engineering excellence, innovation, and reusable reference architectures

What you’ll bring

• 18+ years software engineering experience
• 3+ years management or leadership experience
• 7+ years LLM experience
• 2+ years building GenAI applications in production
• 5+ years people management
• Professional machine learning certifications from Azure or Google
