About the role

Associate Manager leads SAP Fiori development team, focusing on UI5 and OData integration for S4 HANA. Designs and builds modern, user‑friendly apps, mentors developers, ensures code quality, performance, and security. Collaborates with stakeholders, integrates backend SAP systems, and stays current with SAP technologies.

What you’ll do

• Lead SAP Fiori dev team, provide technical guidance and mentorship
• Design and build UI5 SAP Fiori apps with modern UX
• Integrate OData services with SAP backend for efficient data exchange
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards
• Conduct code reviews, give constructive feedback
• Stay updated on SAP tech trends, apply best practices
• Document and maintain technical specs and dev guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP Fiori/UI5 issues

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field
• 5+ years SAP Fiori dev, UI5 & OData focus
• Leadership, mentoring dev teams
• Deep SAP S4 HANA integration knowledge
