About the role

This role operates within EXL's travel savings and rebooking process, focused on rebooking Air and Hotel segments at lower fares to deliver customer savings. Day-to-day work involves handling GDS platforms (Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre, Galileo), running automation scans for lower fares that meet minimum savings thresholds without downgrading terms and conditions, and attempting confirmations, with rejections routed to EXL queues or emails. Based in Haryana, India, as a full-time position.

What you’ll do

• Rebook Air and Hotel segments at a lower rate than originally booked to generate customer savings
• Handle multiple GDS platforms including Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre, and Galileo
• Run automation scans to identify bookings with lower fares that meet the minimum savings threshold
• Ensure rebooking does not downgrade the terms and conditions attached to the original booking
• Attempt to book confirmations for identified lower-fare options
• Route any booking rejections to EXL queues or email for follow-up

What you’ll bring

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Graduate-level education
• Proficiency with GDS systems including Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre, and Galileo
• Ability to rebook Air and Hotel segments at lower rates
• Understanding of minimum savings thresholds and fare automation scans
• Knowledge of preserving booking terms and conditions during rebooking
• Familiarity with routing rejections to EXL queues or email workflows
