About the role
Workforce Planning team at HSBC drives headcount forecasting and resource management across service lines. The Senior Business Analyst builds and maintains headcount plans, creates metrics, and improves tooling while presenting insights to senior stakeholders. Based in Pune, India, this role is on-site with regular stakeholder engagement and governance responsibilities.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain headcount forecasts using internal tools
- Collaborate with Business Managers and Workforce Leads on strategy and governance
- Produce and present headcount metrics and insights to senior stakeholders
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies across systems
- Drive process and tooling improvements for workforce planning
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience in workforce planning or headcount forecasting
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Experience using headcount forecasting tools and databases
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
