About the role

Supply Chain Management team at CIRCOR International leads the development and execution of supply chain strategies to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing cost and ensuring high quality. The manager drives procurement, supplier negotiations, inventory optimization, and logistics operations, collaborating with global sourcing and product teams. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, on-site work model with occasional travel as needed.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead procurement activities, RFP/RFQ processes, and supplier negotiations
• Manage inventory strategies to optimize cash flow and turnover
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including import/export compliance
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with global sourcing and product development teams
• Implement vendor managed inventory and cost reduction programs
• Produce regular MIS reports on quality, delivery, cost, and inventory metrics

What you’ll bring

Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

Nice to have

• 15-18 years supply chain and logistics experience
• Proficiency with SAP
• Leadership and team development skills
• Expertise in procurement, negotiation, and contract management
• Knowledge of import/export logistics and regulations
• Experience with inventory strategies and VMI
• Strong data analytics and MIS reporting abilities
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools
