About the role

As a Software Engineer 2 in Bangalore, you will design and develop cloud-native applications using Go/Java, ensuring scalability and reliability. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to define technical solutions and conducting code reviews. This is an on-site position based in Bangalore, India.

Design and develop cloud-native applications using Go/Java for scalability, reliability, and security.
Conduct code reviews and perform thorough testing to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of total work experience.
Proficiency in Golang programming language.

Nice to have

Strong experience with PostgreSQL or similar database performance optimization and scaling.
Experience with distributed microservices architecture.
Experience with messaging queue-based communication like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Knowledge of security in microservices, authentication protocols, and RBAC.
Experience with GRPC and RESTful web development frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure services.
