About the role
Amazon Now team drives ultra-fast delivery through dark store operations and rapid marketplace launches. The Program Manager leads 2-3 medium‑sized programs end‑to‑end, develops project plans, analyzes operational data, and implements process improvements to enhance scalability and customer experience. Bengaluru, KA, IND – On-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of 2-3 medium‑sized programs
- Develop and execute project plans across cross‑functional teams
- Track tasks, milestones and provide status updates to leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements in dark store operations
- Analyze operational data to drive decisions and report KPIs
- Manage launch readiness for new marketplaces and dark stores
- Coordinate stakeholder alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement
- Create executive‑level presentations and reports
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years relevant experience
- 3+ years program management
- Strong analytical skills
- 2-3 years stakeholder management
- Advanced Excel skills
- SQL experience
- Tableau experience
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- PMP certification
- Operations/logistics experience
- Experience in fast‑paced ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills
