What you’ll do

  • Design & deploy scalable, reliable, efficient production-grade Gen AI/ML systems
  • Drive innovation by researching & evaluating emerging AI/ML frameworks
  • Implement & maintain robust MLOps practices, logging, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines
  • Lead & mentor junior engineers in system design best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years as MLE, shipping scalable ML systems
  • Built Gen AI/ML with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI in production
  • Designed distributed ML systems, deep MLOps knowledge
  • Strong CS foundation, Python (scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow), SQL
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Expertise with AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubeflow, SageMaker
  • Proficiency in Go or Rust, distributed systems, OS, networking
  • Research, publications, or patents in AI/ML
