About the role

EXL is hiring a Full Stack Developer (Python+React) in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs. The role involves building responsive frontend interfaces with React.js, developing backend services and business logic in Python, and collaborating with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams in an agile environment. This is a hybrid, full-time position requiring 4–7 years of experience.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs
  • Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces
  • Develop backend services, business logic, and database integrations
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern user experiences
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues
  • Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities

What you’ll bring

  • 4–7 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications
  • Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Strong experience with React.js
  • Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Hands-on experience with Python
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful API development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have

  • Experience working in enterprise-scale applications
  • Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven applications
  • Knowledge of caching, messaging queues, and event-driven architecture
  • Experience with Databricks or cloud data platforms
