About the role

Procurement Business Systems Team at Baxter International drives efficient sourcing and supply chain operations through technology solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner with procurement, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design process flows, configure systems, and lead testing and agile ceremonies for enterprise procurement platforms. This role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka and follows an on-site work model. Opportunity to influence end‑to‑end procurement processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for procurement systems
• Develop process maps, use cases, and functional specifications
• Configure and test software solutions
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile project planning
• Coordinate unit and business testing
• Support post‑release issue resolution
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and IT teams
• Identify process improvement opportunities

What you’ll bring

• 5-7 years experience as business analyst in IT or Procurement
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, supply chain or related field
• Experience with JDE or SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication with stakeholders
• Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Ability to conduct Scrum ceremonies
• Experience seeing projects through full life cycle
