About the role
Senior Systems Engineer with over a decade of experience in trading systems, infrastructure, and compliance. Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day client support for ODIN, OMNESYS, and Greeksoft applications, conduct disaster recovery and cyber audit procedures, and maintain database and network operations. Skilled in MySQL, MS SQL, cloud setups, Windows/Linux environments, and Cisco VLAN configuration. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, adept at working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
What you’ll do
- Handle day‑to‑day client queries for ODIN, web, and mobile apps
- Conduct mock, DR/BCP for critical trading applications
- Monitor ISP and leased line, resolve connectivity issues
- Assist in cyber audit, patching, and VAPT activities
- Provide production support for application issues
- Maintain broking application and database support
- Configure VLAN and troubleshoot network problems
