About the role

Samsung Semiconductor India Research (SSIR) seeks a Senior Security Architect to define and drive the end-to-end security architecture for next-generation memory devices based on CXL and future Processing‑Near‑Memory capabilities. The role spans hardware, firmware, and lifecycle security, including Root of Trust, secure boot, attestation, and confidential computing enablement. Based in SSIR, Goldstone, Bangalore, the position is on‑site with full‑time commitment.

What you’ll do

Define end-to-end security architecture for CXL and PNM memory devices
Design hardware Root of Trust, secure boot, firmware integrity
Architect device identity, authentication, attestation
Enable confidential computing at device level
Perform threat modeling and risk analysis
Collaborate across silicon, firmware, and platform teams
