About the role

Trade Operations Team at MSME Business drives daily trade transactions at the branch level, ensuring swift processing through centralized trade. The role handles export, import, remittance documents, LC/BG issuance, and FTR status updates while maintaining compliance with FEMA/RBI guidelines. It also builds customer relationships, provides market updates, and supports credit limit applications. Based in Mumbai, the position requires on‑site presence with occasional travel to client sites.

What you’ll do

• Handle trade/forex desk operations including export/import documents, LC/BG issuance
• Ensure timely submission of returns and statements
• Coordinate trade credits and FTR status with centralized unit
• Build customer relationships and provide market updates
• Support credit limit applications for various business verticals
• Attend RBI/internal audits and address observations
• Conduct KYC verification and customer due diligence
• Maintain EDPMS/IDPMS entries and compliance with FEMA/RBI

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years experience in trade/forex operations
• Graduation (any specialization)
• Post‑graduation (any specialization)
• IIBF certification
