Java Fullstack Senior Engineer

About the role

Iris Software – Java Fullstack team builds scalable enterprise applications for financial services, healthcare, and logistics. The Senior Engineer designs and develops Java Spring Boot back‑ends and Angular front‑ends, leads reusable component creation, and drives CI/CD and performance optimization. Based in Noida, India, on‑site work required.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop enterprise Java/Angular solutions
• Define API contracts and integration strategies
• Lead reusable Angular component and state management development
• Optimize performance via caching, async processing, and JVM tuning
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of modules including testing and deployment
• Conduct code reviews and enforce security and coding standards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs
• Mentor junior developers on best practices
