About the role
Godrej Properties – Interior Design Team designs innovative residential, clubhouse and commercial spaces. The Deputy Manager leads design development, coordinates consultants and site teams, and ensures design intent from concept through execution. Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, on-site role with hybrid collaboration as needed.
What you’ll do
- Manage design concepts, layouts and presentations
- Review and coordinate drawings across all stages
- Liaise with consultants and conduct design review meetings
- Coordinate site implementation and resolve design issues
- Integrate interior design with MEP and structural disciplines
- Assist in BOQ preparation and budget control
- Oversee material selection, vendor coordination and approvals
- Ensure compliance with design standards and quality norms
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture
Nice to have
- 10-12 years interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of materials, finishes and construction techniques
- Familiarity with AI-based design visualization tools
