About the role
Sun Pharma’s Global Quality and Compliance team seeks an Officer or Sr. Officer in Ahmednagar to ensure rigorous quality control for API manufacturing. The role involves daily sampling, testing, and compliance with SOPs, alongside laboratory housekeeping and record management. This position is based on-site in Ahmednagar, India.
What you’ll do
- Carry out sampling and testing as per SOP
- Maintain hard books and other records
- Report out of specification results
- Perform laboratory housekeeping and waste disposal
- Identify and store laboratory records for easy retrieval
- Prepare WRS and VS/TS documents
- Conduct instrument calibration and stability testing
- Maintain sampling devices and prepare SOPs/test procedures
What you’ll bring
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- 3 to 5 years experience in Quality Control dept. of API manufacturing Units
