About the role
Finance Operations at WNS handles accounts payable for global clients. The Senior Associate processes invoices, manages vendor master data, performs quality checks, and handles nightly reporting and issue resolution. Based in Vikhroli, Mumbai, on-site night shift schedule.
What you’ll do
- Conduct quality checks as per sampling strategy
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Maintain customer complaints, perform RCA, and initiate corrective actions
- Provide effective feedback to processors and improve bottom performers
- Conduct team hurdles to update on quality issues
- Client calibration on new processes and updates
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years accounts payable experience
- Night shift availability
- Finance & Accounting functional knowledge in PTP
- Invoice processing knowledge
- Vendor master data knowledge
- Travel and expense knowledge
- Good communication skills
