About the role
Fund Services team at Clearwater Analytics builds mission‑critical middle and back‑office solutions for global fund clients. The Senior Subject Matter Expert drives workflow design, client deliverables, and operational efficiencies across reconciliation, cash management and reporting while leading a shift‑based delivery model. Bengaluru, India – on‑site, hybrid schedule with shift work across APAC and EMEA.
What you’ll do
- Design optimal workflows and standards for client deliverables
- Manage daily reconciliation of trades, positions, cash, and collateral
- Resolve reconciliation breaks and communicate with clients and counterparties
- Oversee back‑office position, P&L, and cash reconciliation
- Develop and track operational KPIs and improve process automation
- Support onboarding of new MBO services clients
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years Middle/Back‑Office support at Hedge Fund, Fund Administrator or Prime Broker
- Fund Accounting experience
- Experience with Structured Products, MBS, CDS, IRS, TRS, Bank Loans, CFDs
