About the role
Altera IT team drives Oracle Fusion ERP Record to Report and Acquire to Retire processes for global finance operations. The Senior Business Analyst analyzes and optimizes GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Cost Accounting workflows, designs enhancements, supports Bloomberg, Workday and Oracle Fusion EPM integrations, and leads testing and documentation. Bengaluru, India, on-site, Shift 1 (India).
What you’ll do
- Analyze existing R2R and A2R processes
- Recommend optimization solutions
- Translate stakeholder needs into enhancements
- Support and implement GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Cost Accounting solutions
- Provide application support and issue resolution
- Create process flows, specifications, user guides
- Conduct regression and UAT testing
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones
