About the role
IT Metrics & Analytics (ITMA) team at Northern Trust builds and evolves a data platform delivering business intelligence and predictive analytics across the enterprise. The Data Analyst develops and supports SQL Server and Incorta data solutions, creates Power BI visualizations, and automates reporting pipelines to enable faster insight delivery. Pune, India, on-site role within a collaborative agile environment.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain SQL Server databases and Incorta data platform
- Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports
- Automate data pipelines and analytics processes
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define data requirements
- Ensure implementations meet NT IT risk and control standards
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years building full stack data solutions
- Proficient in MS SQLServer and SQL
- Experience with Power BI and Incorta
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent oral and written communication
