About the role

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Project Lead/Director (Hospitality/Industrial/Mixed Use) in Bengaluru, India to lead every aspect of complex real estate projects and assemble teams that meet or exceed client vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include overall project accountability, delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards, client requirement assessment, procurement and execution strategy formulation, design review meetings, multi-stakeholder management, construction method review, risk identification and mitigation, and ensuring contract implementation and project closeout. The role is on-site and requires a B.E. Civil degree with 12-15 years or more of relevant experience.

What you’ll do

Leadership and course setting of the project; overall accountability of the project
Responsible for overall delivery of designated project within timelines, budget & quality standards
Assesses client requirement and strategizes the implementation of project design methods for constructability, quality, cost and time
Formulates and implements procurement strategy conducive to the business and project needs
Formulation of execution strategy and control strategy with the cooperation of the client
Lead project design review meetings to ensure meeting client’s objectives and overall alignment to business strategy
Manages multiple stakeholder scenarios including Client Teams, Design Teams, Quality Consultants, Audit Teams, CRM/Marketing Teams, Facility Management Teams, etc.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans for the same

What you’ll bring

B.E. Civil degree
12-15 years or more of relevant experience
Completed at least 1-2 institutional/university/residential along with infra works projects end to end during the tenure
Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
Excellent organizational and motivational skills
Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Nice to have

Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred
