About the role

Senior Executive – Line Compliance at EXL drives compliance and risk management across business operations. The role involves preparing critical documentation such as Operations Standard Documents and BISRA reports, implementing controls aligned with OSD and contractual obligations, and coordinating with corporate functions to enforce policies. Responsibilities include conducting compliance and audit reviews, monitoring risks, reporting exceptions, and developing action plans. The executive leads awareness and training initiatives on key risk and compliance topics, manages the compliance self‑assessment process, and ensures timely resolution of audit findings. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills are essential, along with knowledge of accounting standards, SOX, and internal control frameworks.

• Manage compliance for assigned business/operations area.
• Responsible for self‑assessment process for business/operations area.
• Support AVP/Manager in developing/imparting training and other initiatives.
