About the role
Jupiter Hospital Nursing Department provides comprehensive patient care and clinical excellence. As a Senior Staff Nurse you will deliver nursing care, develop and evaluate patient care plans, supervise junior staff, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Pune, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care per hospital policies
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Supervise and mentor junior nurses and assistants
- Ensure infection prevention and control compliance
- Coordinate care with doctors and allied health professionals
- Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge
- Participate in quality improvement and accreditation activities
- Report clinical incidents and safety concerns
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years nursing experience
- Registered Nurse license
- BSc Nursing degree
