About the role

Noise’s Design Lead Product Designer shapes the brand’s visual language across digital touchpoints, crafting high‑quality UI assets for apps, websites, and campaigns. The role translates brand strategy into scalable UI systems, collaborates with product, UX, marketing, and engineering teams, and maintains design systems and style guides to ensure consistency. Based in Gurgaon, India, the position is on‑site with a full‑time commitment.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve Noise’s visual design language
• Design high‑quality UI assets for apps, websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns
• Translate brand strategy into clean, scalable UI systems and visual frameworks
• Work closely with Product Designers, UX, Marketing, and Engineering teams
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
• Ensure visual consistency across product UI, marketing creatives, and brand communications
• Contribute to design thinking from concept to execution, balancing creativity with usability
• Stay updated on global design trends, UI best practices, and emerging visual styles

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years Brand/Visual/UI Design
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design
• Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with mobile‑first UI
• UI systems & component libraries
• Brand identity & digital branding
• Typography & color layout
