The Senior Project Manager leads multiple transformative initiatives, applying cloud technology expertise and agile/waterfall methodologies to deliver high‑impact solutions. Based in Kochi, on‑site role with occasional multi‑time‑zone collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Lead and deliver global talent technology projects
- Integrate systems across EY technology landscape
- Conduct rapid assessments and provide solution insights
- Develop and manage knowledge assets for internal use
- Engage stakeholders and senior leadership with project insights
- Apply agile and waterfall methodologies to complex initiatives
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across cultures and time zones
- Ensure high‑quality deliverables and mitigate risks
What you’ll bring
- 5-10 years project management experience
- Experience delivering projects on SuccessFactors platform
- Cloud implementation experience with Azure, Google Cloud or AWS
- Certified Scrum Master or PMP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint
- Strong MS Office and SQL/Access skills
- Ability to manage global, multi‑time‑zone teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
