Revenue Operations Specialist, Enterprise Sales

About the role

Sectigo’s Revenue Operations Center of Excellence seeks a Specialist to support Enterprise Sales by managing high-volume operational tasks and ensuring data integrity. The role involves handling Salesforce helpdesk tickets, maintaining SFDC hygiene for Renewals and EMEA domains, and generating ad hoc reports for sales leadership. This full-time position is based in Chennai, India, requiring an in-office presence five days a week on the 3 PM IST schedule.

What you’ll do

• Respond to Salesforce helpdesk tickets within defined SLAs
• Handle prescriptive systems queries and escalations
• Maintain SFDC hygiene for Renewals, EMEA, and SMB domains
• Build ad hoc reports and pull data for sales leadership
• Maintain steady-state documentation for team workflows
• Partner with the team during forecast prep meetings
• Contribute to CoE through cross-training and process improvement
• Prepare data packages and respond to ad hoc requests

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years experience in Sales or Revenue Operations
• Hands-on Salesforce reporting and data hygiene skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global sales motions (EMEA/US)
• Familiarity with GTM tools like Clari, CPQ, or HubSpot
• Comfort working across time zones with global teams
• Background in B2B SaaS or technology preferred
